Bailey wants some face time!

I have the biggest, goofiest puppy ever!  I took Bailey out back to practice my "action" shots, because I knew she would not hold still for me.  Here are the results.  Yes, I know some of them aren't exactly in focus, but thats kinda what makes them so funny.

Boy is it HOT here!

It gets very hot here in the summer time, so I was thinking by the end of summer Ryker will probably be old enough to enjoy cooling off and splashing in some water.  So we got him a little swimming pool.  I have recently realized that he has to experience things a few times before he really enjoys them (like the exersaucer) so last week we broke out the pool and tried introducing it to Ryker.  We didn't have any tears, but I don't think he really enjoyed it either.

Here Ryker and I are waiting for Daddy to put some warm water in it because the water from the hose was too cold!  Ryker is not too sure about what is going on, but he sure likes wearing those sun glasses!

Its like a bath, but not and why am I wearing all these clothes if I am in a bath?

I just don't get what this is all about, but I guess I will sit here if it makes my folks happy.
Hi Mom!

Just thought I would throw this one in, Daddy decided to give Ryker a bunch of toys to play with while he was in his swing.  Obviously there was some overkill, but Ryker seemed to like it.

Growing baby and growing puppy!

I thought that maybe Ryker was ready for more action in his life, so I got him an exersaucer, it has a lot of cool toys and things to keep him busy.  I soon discovered its just too much for him, after about 15 minutes, he is done and he starts crying.  I think it is a little overwhelming for him, too much action.  But I do know that soon it won't be and it will be his favorite place to be!

This is me telling him its nap time, he just laughed at me, I am not sure if he thought I was joking, or he was happy about taking a nap.  As  soon as I put the camera down and walked away he put his head down and went to sleep.  He is such a good baby!

Bailey Blue is growing like a bad weed!  She was 40lbs. at her 14 week check-up!  I wonder how long it will take her to realize she is not going to be a lap dog for long! 

Look at the size of those paws!  I am not sure if I want her to grow into them!

The Rollover!! on Ryker's 4 month Birthday!

Ryker had a big day today!  First off in the morning I set him on his tummy on his play mat, looked away for a few seconds and this is how I found him!  The only camera I had handy was the video camera

He would have made it completely over if it wasn't for the bars on the toy he was on.  I think it surprised him so much he was afraid to move!

Ryker also had his 4 month check up today, he weighed in at a whopping 15 lbs, 11 oz!  (70 percentile) and he is 25 1/2 inches long (also 70 percentile)!  YEA!!  GO RYKER!!!
